Son los galardones más prestigiosos del mundo del cómic y, por ello, sus nominaciones ya dicen mucho de cómo respira la industria. Al menos en cuanto a la calidad de sus obras. Y por lo visto, con 14 nominaciones, DC Comics le gana la partida este año a Marvel.

Además, el principal protagonista de estas nominaciones ha sido Joe Hill, hijo de Stephen King y creador de las dos obras nominadas: Locke & Key (incluido mejor guión y mejor serie) y The Cape como mejor número único.
